At Geloe, we want every piece of decor you choose to bring warmth and style to your home. But if your purchase isn't quite right for your space, don't worry: our returns process is simple and hassle-free.

The Return Window: Up to 60 Days

You have a generous 60 days from the day your order is delivered to make up your mind and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Brand New: Unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

  • Fully Packaged: Returned with all original packaging, tags, and components included.

  • Proof of purchase: A receipt or order number is required. 

  • No Restocking Fees! That's right—at Geloe, we never charge hidden restocking fees. What you see is what you get, and that applies to your refund as well.

International Fulfilment Transparency

Geloe partners with international fulfilment centers.
This means:

  • Some orders may be shipped from our logistics facility in China.

  • In rare cases, certain returns may be directed to that logistics facility.

  • Geloe USA (Alpharetta, Georgia) manages all customer service, quality control, and U.S. operations.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To get started with your return, follow the steps below: 

  1. Email Us: Please write to us at info@geloe.com indicating your original order number and whether you need a refund or an exchange.

  2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service and insuring the package to ensure it arrives safely back to us.

Exchanges Made Easy

Would you prefer to exchange one item for another? Simply mention it in your email, and we'll help you find the perfect option for your home, making the switch as smooth as possible.

Your Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (to ensure it meets the condition requirements), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: We aim to process the refund within 7 business days of receiving your return.

  • Bank Timeline: Please note that your bank or payment provider may need a few additional business days (typically 3–5) to officially process and reflect the transaction on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@geloe.com
  • Provide photos of the damage or issue

  • We will quickly evaluate the situation and provide either:

    • A free replacement, or

    • A prepaid return label + full refund
